More about me

My work sits at the intersection of business, data and IT, usually in environments where regulation weighs heavily. I switch between methods like SAFe Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum and Lean, depending on what the programme calls for.

On content, I'm at home in regulatory change programmes: MiFID II, CSRD, SFR, ESG, WTP and BCBS 239. But the real key is the people. Keeping stakeholders at management and C-level on board, even when interests collide.

And I build AI tools myself, to understand the technology from the inside rather than just reading about it, because I believe organisations need to get to grips with this in the coming years.
