What I do
Calm, connecting and results-driven.
I bring structure to situations where multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines and regulation come together. My work sits at the intersection of business, data and IT, usually in environments where regulation weighs heavily.
I switch between methods such as SAFe Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum and Lean, depending on what the programme needs. In substance I am at home in regulatory change: MiFID II, CSRD, SFR, ESG, WTP and BCBS 239. But the real key is people. Keeping stakeholders at management and C-level on board, even when interests clash.
And I build AI tools myself, to understand the technology from the inside instead of only reading about it.

A programme with many moving parts, multiple stakeholders and a hard deadline: that is where I am at my best. The method serves the project, not the other way round.
Regulation as work, not as an acronym
MiFID II, CSRD, SFR, ESG, WTP and BCBS 239 are regulations I have built projects around. I know how they relate to each other and where the real work is.
